I just saw the movie Chicago. My first impression was not great realizing it really was a musical and seemed to be more suited as a broadway play for the stage, than as a movie. I'm also not that crazy about Jazz. However, by the end of the movie, I had been won over and I decided that I liked it, especially the puppet sequence. I think the lighting, camera shots/angles, editing, original songs and choreography are all worthy of Oscars. It turned out to be a movie after all, not just a stage play. It was so well done. A lot of very talented people came together to make that. I hope they all do well at the Oscars. What did you think of the movie?
