Well i parked at broadway and oak stopped at 7-11 to pick up some money went inside for 3 min tops came out saw the parking guy it was about 11:30pm the place i parked in front of was closed i thought no problem 5 months later i get a ticket in the mail i phoned they said you should of paid in the time alotted on the ticket you got on your car or you would not half to pay double i said there was no ticket told them the situation they said to bad you pay thats udder crap and i refuse to pay they can take a hike now they have threatened to tow my car if it is in one of there lots well guess what i will park on the street and give them nothing from here on in as i used to use imperial lots quite a lot so i think they should be slapped in the head when it comes to customer service good luck to you with your ticket.
