There's always Bugsy Malone?!?! Typical kids show!
I did a musical called the Ragged Child when I was in junior school, which
was quite good. A story about poverty in London, you could use a big chorus
there to depict the crampt-ness of the homelessness
W also did a musical called Yanamamo - about the destruction of the Amazon
rainforest. This was really good - had some very nice songs in it. Scope for
a big yanamamo tribe, animals and forest deconstructions, and a choir!
