My read: the conventional wisdom in Hollywood says that a movie needs someone with "star power" and that MC doesn't have a broad-based appeal. He's not a known draw in movies, in their thinking, and not fuckable either. Reminds me of the flap over not using Julie Andrews for the My Fair Lady movie. Big J -----
