Hi Chris,
Check out www.angel-mask.com. The site used to make leather Phantom masks
which looks pretty close to the ones used in the Phantom of the Opera. They
do not show it anymore on the site, but custom orders would be available.
But the downside is they take several weeks to make one. Hope this helps :)
