It's usually "Boobs and Buns." Both IMO, much cruder than the originals.

Here in San Diego a Christian Community group did Chorus Line and did
receive permission to change dialogue and lyrics...I don't remember all
of them, but in Dance 10, Looks 3, instead of Tits and Ass, we got
Breasts and Buns!!
