"It Ain't Nuttin' Like": Who does this song?

Hi,
Sorry if this is out of place and a silly question, but on the DVD for
"Bend It Like Beckham" (UK edition) there is a song that plays during
the introduction of the DVD (just when it's loading the menus). It
goes: "It ain't nuttin' like hip hop music / most DJs won't refuse it,
etc." I checked online and it looks like there are many versions of
this song. I DLed Method Man, Rae & Christian, Herbaliser, and lots
more -- no match. This version I am looking for looks like it's done
by some DJ; the voice is not a rap voice, it's more like a strained
funk voice (think Basement Jaxx or Daft Punk). So it's more of a
electronica song than a rap song. Does anyone have any clue who might
have done this? I'm pretty sure it's from the UK. Any guesses?
