Michael Card Song - The Book

Hi,
I am an amateur guitarist looking for the chords to a Michael Card
song called "The Book". I believe it was done on a compilation album
but not released on any of his "regular" albums.
I would like to sing this at an upcoming Sunday service but I'm having
trouble figuring out the chord progression.
Not necessarily looking for a freebie here. I have searched my local
Christian music store and the web but can't find this tune. Would be
happy to by the sheet music or book if anyone can lead me to it. If
not if anyone knows the chords please help.
