I totally agree and understand, however, my problem is this: it's music. If a "new rock band" came out with a popular song that was pro-war and I had a radio station, I would still play the song, because the point is to get across music, not necessarily the beliefs behind it. Leave that up to your audience, you know? Trust people to form their own opinions. I listen to Eminem, though I don't necessarily agree with what he has to say. I like the music. I don't like Creed's music, and I'm not Christian, but if I had a station that had the audience who would want to hear Creed, I would play them. Maybe it's just me, not being an entirely lyric-driven person, but passing judgements on a musical artist's output just because you don't agree with his or her political beliefs, lifestyle, etc. just doesn't seem to be the point. Like I said in another post, that would be like 80s stations boycotting Michael Jackson because he's weird, or George Michael/Elton John because they're gay. At least where the radio stations are concerned, it's about getting across the music. Hell, MTV played the Buggles video for "Video Killed the Radio Star." They played "Radio GaGa." Etc. Holly
