Schoenberg wrote an unusual and quite enjoyable piece Weihnachtsmusik [Christmas music] (1921) (2 violins, violoncello, harmonium, piano). Yes, it's old, but I've read contemporary music critics who refer to the Second Viennese School as "contemporary music"... ;-)
