The weak dollar is very bad for American classical music fans. It makes American items cheaper to import into foreign countries, and foreign items pricier to import into American. So all the stuff I want from Canada, England, Holland/France/Germany, Australia, etc., is now overpriced. Zweitausendeins shipping, which used to be about $25 is now up to about $33. It is currently cheaper to buy a Naxos CD at Tower than to have it flown over from MDT. That is just *wrong*. The words "cheaper" and "Tower" should never be in the same sentence! Bring back the strong dollar! -- Rick Cavalla email-address-deleted ==========================
