I recommed Spain or France. Really the farthest I have been north was Amsterdam, and although I was there at the end of July it was already getting cold there. You might be right on rethinking the cold, I'm not too much on winters. I liked Spain a lot, Barcelona, well before the Olympics anyway. I have not been there since then, and southern France was nice, not as nice as Spain, I did not think. But Paris sucked, the people treated me like crap, and I only stayed there one day. I figured I could spend my money in a place I was not hated by everyone, it seemed. If I became a resident of one country, would it be like being a citizen of one of the countries and could go to the other countries, or would I have to come back into the country of residence like I came from the USA again? Why I ask in the USA if you go out of the country it is kind of like you have to start over again.
