I agree...and have said so in numerous letters to Joel Whitburn. More
of you should do the same. Perhaps we could show our support.
Besides his excellent series that chronicle the "Top COuntry Singles
1944-???" and the "Country Annual 1944- ????", Whitburn's Record
Research needs to add a country volume to the current series he does
for Pop music: Reproductions of each week's chart - compiled per
decade. While they're spendy -- they're worth it, like all of his
books.
