Sawyer Brown "True Believer" (Curb Records) http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00008OM3H/countrymusica-20 Album Reviews: Chris Cagle "Chris Cagle" Capitol-Nashville Records http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00008GQDX/countrymusica-20 Ok, all you Cagle fans get ready. If you enjoyed the first album, hold on and go get this one right now. You are in for a real musical treat. The album 1st track and current single, "What A Beautiful Day" is one of those love songs with an upbeat tempo and written so nicely that you can't help but get hooked. It may not even be the best track, if you can believe it. Then second track, may be the best. "Chicks Dig It" keeps it up tempo/hard rockin' country with a bit of humor. It is just one of those you have got to hear. I could really list each track and say something good about it, but I will spare you, and just go get this album. Every song on it maintains the same style, some a tad slower, but all in the same focus. Cagle has really found his style and maintains it throughout. This is a sign of an artist that has been able to plant his feet solid in his music. Also a sign that he has established himself in a style that fits him. This is a very good style for him. The album sound has also matured, grown a bit in vocal and in lyric. I can't find a bad track on the album and is such a feel good album. Don't let the two colored album cover fool you, there plenty of colorful fireworks in this album.
