I can't believe Travis was eliminated. He was my favorite of the men. Now
I'm down to three favorites: Miranda, Brandi and John.
I've always voted for Miranda before and I like her more the rest, but for
some strangely-odd reason I had to vote for Brandi tonight.

Well, he wasn't all that original. We need more classic country types, but
they are looking for someone totally original to be the "Nashville Star".
That applies to my 3 favorites. And Brandon, but I think he's too original
to win and shouldn't. Let's at least get someone who looks like they fit
the genre.
Buddy is a near ringer for Clay Davidson. Jamey reminds me of Joe Nichols,
and a little like Blake Shelton. Long hair for men isn't that original in
country. Amy doesn't look like anyone I can think of but she gives off a
huge Carolyn Dawn Johnson and/or Mary Chapin Carpenter vibe music and lyric
wise (which isn't a bad thing, but still, not original).
Can't wait for original songs next week.
