Hello - My name is Kurt Wilson, and I am the President of Largo Vista
Entertainment, Inc.
We are currently seeking investors for a major, annual country music
festival in Fresno California.
We are in the early stage of our business, e.g. totally developed and
ready to execute our business plan.
Largo Vista is an event and entertainment company - and one of the
projects we are producing is an 'annual country music festival' in
2004, which will feature over 15 top name country music artists such
as Brooks & Dunn, Willie Nelson, Wynonna, Travis Tritt and George
Jones on Memorial Day Weekend 2004 at Kearney Park in Fresno,
California. We are expecting over 45,000 people the first year. Our
projections indicate $25MM+ potential gross income in the first 5
years of operation, not counting potential international TV
distribution rights and production/sales of music CD's.
We are seeking equity and / or debt financing in the amount of $3MM
for our project. The Project is capable of returning up to 150% ROI
paid over a 60 month period from initial funding.
