I probably shouldn't respond but.... this person is pretty ignorrant......
1. The lyric is "I've got friends in low places, where the whiskey drowns and
the beer chases my blues away"
2. Garth didn't write this song. If memory serves me correctly, it was Earl
Bud Lee and Dwayne Blackwell who did. Also the song was good enough for Mark
Chesnutt to record.
