For my 18th birthday, I went to Egyptian Gardens a Greek Belly Dance
club. (see my reply to Jennifer for description).
For my 19th Birthday I went to a strip club in the Edison Hotel in
Pittsburgh, Pa. It was the kind of place where truckers, steel workers
and frat boys went. Some of the strippers looked like they might be
lady truck drivers by day. I was usually checking out the audience,
although I did enjoy the show.
Since then I've been to male go go bars, S/M Dongeon Parties, I even
have seen some he-male Tahitian hula dancers. For the sheer fun of
it, I have to say that Greek Belly Dance clubs are the best. That's
where I met my last boyfriend. Ok, no comments about ':Beware of Greeks
bareing their Gifts'. :-D
