ANN: WCS Dance and Demos on Sunday 5/4 in NJ

Johnnie and Bonnie are now holding separate California mix dances at
Dance 'N Style in Rockaway, NJ. The good news is that there will be 2
dances a month instead of one. Also good news: price reductions.
John Lindo will continue to DJ his "Rockaway Dance", and have the
previously scheduled guest instructors. The dance will cost $10
(reduced from $15). The lesson will cost $5 (reduced from $8). The
pasta and other hot food will be eliminated, but the free soda,
snacks, and deserts will continue.
Bonnie Rowe and Dianne Taccetta will be hosting a separate dance.
Dave Muzii will be the DJ. There will be free lessons with
instructors to be announced. The dance, free lesson and food will
cost $15 (reduced from $20)

The dances continue to be great successes with people coming from all
over NJ, NY, PA, and elsewhere. There are usually 125-200 people at
each dance, and 75-150 at the lesson. The large hardwood dance floor
provides adequate space. The music is a "California Mix" - mostly WCS
with some salsa, waltz, hustle, cha cha, nightclub two-step, shag,
and east coast swing. Don't miss it if you are in the NJ/NY area.

Take Interstate 80 West to Rockaway New Jersey exit (#37).
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right.
Travel 0.3 miles, through 2 lights, to Union Street (across from the
Mobile Gas station).
Turn left onto Union.
Go one block and turn left onto Stickle.
Go two blocks, turn left onto Oak St.
Turn right into the first parking lot (the only one) on Oak St.
Parking is also allowed on the street.
The studio (formerly "Moore Dancin'") is right there in the back of
the green building.
