Just one, I can count at least 3 major abusers you should have blocked. Ed Conrad Jabriol David Sienkiewicz. If instead of blocking xposts to groups you simply blocked these three from xposting you would solve a majority of the xposting behabviors in the group. Personally, you have been very slow in dealing with David S, a person who was repeating what Jabriol was saying when moderation did not go his way. If you could have just slowed down David S xposting, 3 intergroup wars might have been avoided. Alternatively pay attention to developing wars and when you see them insists of one-group followups. The second you see Ed Conrad post "Lets see where were we" you know damn well what is coming next and you know damn well that for at least the first two weeks only a low percentage of talk.origin regs will bother the check the ng line. Rather than we dance this dance over again, grab Ed by the ear and yank him out of the pattern, as soon as he knows his xpost are blocked he will move on to less fertile ground.
