This isn't the entire issue for me. Taking most of one's vitamins through pills isn't good for one's kidneys. To be honest, it's not like this is a new diet, my mom did low carb when I was a kid, only they didn't call it that. Don't eat rice, don't eat bread, they're fattening. Then it was don't eat meat, don't eat cheese. I think they're both wrong. I think activity level has the most to do with health, weight loss and fitness. When I was in college, I didn't have a car, walked or rode my bike almost everywhere, taught dance twice a week, worked at a shipping place lifting heavy boxed three days a week, went out dancing 2-4 times a week and rehearsed with a dance group for shows and competitions almost daily. I weighed about 25 pounds less than I do now, and I was in incredible shape with a tighter stomach than the football players I taught in dance class. Now, I don't move as much, we only go dancing 3-4 times a month, and I'm heavier and in worse shape. The food has stayed the same. Regards, Ranee -- Remove do not and spam to e-mail me.
