It's been a while since I've been regularly posting here on rmcg, but I've
been lurking about, mostly in the on-topic threads. I wanted to invite all
of you to our first sponsored concert. Overall, the society is doing very
well, and we are now starting to form an Advisory Board.
The New York City Classical Guitar Society ("NYCCGS") is proud to present
its first concert on Friday, March 28th, 2003. The Bocaccio-Gallino Duo
will present "Music from Latin America and Argentina". The concert will be
held at American Youth Hostels, 891 Amsterdam Avenue (near 103st St). Right
next to the 103rd St. Exit of the 1 and 9 subway.
Since this is our first concert, we'd like it to be successful, so please
take the time to attend! Steve, I hope to see you and your wife (and your
daughter) there as well. Perhaps John Wasak and company can attend as well.
The cost is only $10, all of which goes to the performers.
