Buying a new classical guitar

Hi,
I'm planning to buy a new classical guitar and i thought maybe you have some
certain instrument recommendations or other aspects to keep in mind when
buying a guitar. The financial situation allows me to purchase an instrument
which costs between $300 - $500. Of course when some certain guitar should
be really worth its price i could pay some more.
The soundboard of the guitar should be made from solid spruce or cedar, back
& sides from mahogany or rosewood, neck and fingerboard from mahogany, ebony
or rosewood.
PS What do you think about classical guitars with piezo pickup and cutaway.
Some connoisseurs say that the cutaway prevent the soundboard resonating
stuff and so on. Is that true? If yes, then how considerable is the sound
between guitar with cutaway and guitar without it.
