What's a good music theory book? (guitar)

Hi,
I'm looking for the biggest and best guitar music theory book. I don't care
if it takes me a year to learn it. I play along with music and improvise
with scales 'n' modes and such, but I have no idea how any of it fits into
what. Any recommendations?
