I'm just shy of 6'1", about 195 lbs, have long brown hair (generally worn back in a ponytail), brown eyes and a dashing, G.I. Joe-stye scar running down my left cheek. You're right about my liking Mantovani though. But, unfortunately, only "like." I've never been all that big on instrumental music, or into the softer sounds. I enjoy Mantovani in much the same way I do Classical, Jazz and R&B: that is, I like it well enough as background music, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy the album. My favorite instrumental group, btw, is The Three Suns.
