I don't know about more complex. Jazz has difficult time signatures and
sometimes many key changes within a song. Some latin american jazz, or
speed / prog / power metal are technicaly difficult as in speed and
precision e.g - DreamTheatre
Out of curiousity, you should check a unique band by the name of Opeth who
fuse folk, neo-classical, jazz, metal, prog and death into their music -
most songs are around 10min + .
