All I say is that smooth jazz is just like Guy Lombardo, Glenn Miller, Paul
Whiteman and other World War II performers, who were THE top big bands.
Incidentlaly,though, Goodman and Shaw did schlock-Donkery Serenade, Goody
Goody, the Angels SIng, Chickery Chick..all lightweights,not unlike the Welk
band.
