In lieu of solo jazz guitar, I'd also be happy with music where the
guitar is predominantly featured, such as Benson (pre-vocals).
There are thousands of larger stations where one can hear horns,
keyboards, 'smooth' jazz, etc...
There are not many stations that focus on jazz guitar alone.
I think you would gain more listeners by sticking to what is promised
in your title.. than by trying to give a variety, like everyone else.
