One of the concerts I really regret missing was at the Alexandria Roller
Rink in about 1965? with Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels. I think my
sister went but I missed it.
Alternative #3. Get a karaoke machine and a big collection of karaoke
CD's. Actually that's a riot. We did it for Peter's graduation night
two years ago and it was a huge hit. The key was that most of his
friends were in madrigals, school musicals, bands, etc. A week later
at the all-night grad party they had a karaoke setup and every time I
walked by I had to nearly cover my ears.
