OT: Seeking non Disney song title

Hi RADPers,
I need to find the title of a song so I can search for lyrics. So far I have
spent more than 6 hours searching song lyric sites without success. My little
beady brown eyes are about to fall out of my head! These are the parts I can
remember but no particular order (and probably misheard too):
it hurts me so to say good-bye to you
wish you didn't have to go
oh no no no
when the rain taps against my window pane
I'll think of sunny days again
and dream of you
We want to warble a rendition of this at a retirement party.
