My site is at http://www.somelyrics.com > > Thanks, > Jeremy Ross > Hi Jeremy The top search is a little hard to find appears as a title, with the red background. Maybe change the search box background to another colour, or the default style. I'm not sure the letters A, B C work with your search, do you think it is necessary on the home page? Maybe the letters can come up in the result page or lyric not found page. News Give your viewer information that will get them to look at your subpages. You could always put a no ads and popups graphic in the header. Your links has an affiliate banner yet you say no ads on your main page, have you seen what the page looks like when you click on the ad? Add a link page or resource page, people that want further information will always visit it. You need a logo and image for the top navigation (somelyrics.com) By creating a logo you start to establish branding where people recognise your logo. There are many sites which go into a lot of detail about branding, visit google to find out more. Top Navigation The top navigation is lost with the search and letters. Try seperating them. The top box is slightly smaller than the rest of the site. A Suggestion Allow people to submit lyrics of their favourite songs, that way they will visit your site more often, you will build up a huge selection, they will refer others to your site. Traffic will boom and then you can think about how your going to make a few dollars out of it!! Like your choice of red and grey! All the best -- Michelle http://www.webstuff.biz
