What was the name of that song?

I need help identifying a song that I remember only vaguely.
This song is a medley of audio samples of various western genre films,
with a western-like instrumental running in the background.
One particularly long (and hilarious) quote in the middle of the song
occurs (presumedly) at a hanging, at which a judge is reading aloud
the various and sundry charges for which the bad guy is about to
hang... there are a couple dozen charges if memory serves. I don't
remember the words at all but I do remember it being very funny.
The song is at least 5 years old, probably older.
Can anyone name that tune?
