REQ: Song/Artist ID ("This is home"?)

I'm looking for help in identifying a song I heard the other day in
the supermarket. I didn't catch very many of the words, but the
refrain sounded like "This is home" (repeated several times). Also,
at the end of the song were the words "Tearing up apart", also
repeated several times. The song has a female vocalist, and the steel
guitar makes it sound sort of country to me. If you can ID this song
and/or artist then please post here - thanks!
