Need help finding a song!!!!

This song is driving me mad. Its got the same beat as rappers delight by
sugar hill gang but its seems its at a much faster beat.
Sounds like some guy freestyling and the one few words I caught were
"Spittin out lyrics" and "Busted" I think it was busted anyway..
Anyone who has any suggestions as to the song title and artist please let me
know.
