clicks and pops when I listen to music and type

Why am I getiing clicking and popping when I play music on Winamp or play
games, while typing?
I checked "stickykeys" area and have all turned off.
I have SB Audigy2 with all updates. 5.1 speakers, Creative.
MSI K7n2 Delta Mobo with onboard audio off.(latest BIOS)
MSI nvidea gforce3 ti200 td pro128 video card.(latest drivers)
Plenty of gigs available on a Western Digital.(master) Plenty of gigs on
slave WD.
768 of DDR Samsung RAM.
Belkin natural keyboard.
XPsp1 Home with all updates available installed.
Seems to also effect my gaming lag. I will be playing and then all of a
sudden game will lag with a with a pop and snap and then stop and continue
untill the next moment it does it.
Keyboard seems to be clean as well.
Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.
