My mom passed away two years ago. She was 81 years old. She liked to play piano, and I am very nostalgic to hear some of the music that she used to play. When she was alive, I never thought of taping some of her playing. Mind you that she was not a professional piano player... just playing for pleasure. I am trying to find some pieces of the music that she used to play, and put them together to listen for our family. I am wondering if there are piano player(s) out there who is (are) willing to send me electronic file (mp3) of some of their music. However, I am only particularly looking for these pieces : - Come back to Sorrento (Ernesto di Curtis - Robbin Music Corp 1935) - Flower Song (G. Lange Op. 39 - Amsco Music Sales, NYC 1933) - For Elise (L. v. Beethoven) - The Maiden's Prayer (Thecla Badarzewska) - Whispering Hope (Alice Hawthorne - Robbin Music 1925) - La Paloma (The Dove) (Ch. de Yradier - Amsco Music 1934) - Carnival of Venice (Julius Benedict - Robbins Music 1939) - Le Petit Carnival (L. Streabbog, Op. 105 No. 1 and 2) - Donauwellen - Walzer (Ivanovici) - Uber den Wellen - Walzer (Rosa?) There are a few more, but at the moment I cannot recall the others unless I go through her piano song book. I hope I can start getting the above collection and to compile and listen to them for her memory. So, I am hoping that someone who plays that music, will be able to send me an MP3 file. Thank you very much. Regards email-address-deleted
