I'm "new" to this, but I think what might have happened in this thread
is that some people got the topic confused. I think the initial
question was along the lines of "What are your favourite songs that
*don't* get played?", whereas people then started to answer stating
their least favourite songs that *do* get played.
Anyhow...
MY FAVOURITE "LEAST PLAYED" SONG: Overall, it might be "Strangest
Tribe". If PJ do indeed play Bridge School again this year, I would
LOVE for them to take a stab at it. On this particular tour that just
ended, I was fairly surprised that "In Hiding" only seemed to crop up
once in a blue moon. It's actually my favourite song of all-time, so I
always tend to root for it to appear on setlists.
LEAST FAVOURITE "PLAYED" SONG: I enjoy it a lot more than I used to,
but I've never been fully behind "1/2 Full" like a lot of people seem
to be. It's not a song I can relate to on an intensely personal level
(though I do agree with the overall sentiment of it), and from a
purely compositional standpoint, it's a little too much like some of
the songs they've done already (especially given the "borrowed" line
from "Porch") for me to really get into.
