You never forget your first song.
The first song I wrote and played was called "Green Thing", I was
almost 5 years old, when one night after dinner I sat at the table
with a green bean taped to my arm as a punishment for not eating my
veggies.
As my folks liked to listen to Black Sabbath and Uriah Heep I stylized
the song as an acid rock song,(it was awful) and accompanied on an
untuned ukelele my folks brought home for me one night junking. The
stuff people throw away, I also got a very nice rocking horse that my
mom repainted most excellent. Here is the song, it is the same words
over and over again.
Green Thing, whatcha gonna do to me
Green Thing, whatcha gonna say to me
Green Thing, better getta way from me
AAAAaaaaaaaaaaah!
