Hola Last night/this morning (12:30 AM, Puerto Rico Time) I catch part of the LINKIN PARK video "Somewhere I Belong" and to my surprise they showed some Gundam figures on a gabinet on a bedroom!!! What got my attention was a "thing" I saw while stiching scenes, which awakened my curiosity as it looked familiar. The thing was one on the figures (GUNDAM) legs (without a body). They showed a Gundam (don't know what version) and a SAZABI figure. If my video capture card was warking I would have made some stills available. Now I am not a huge fan of this sort of music (I'm more into old school Heavy Metal) and I watched the video just for curiosity and because they has showed to be fans of mecha as evidenced on the cover of the REANIMATION album whichj featured a Gundam-like mecha. The CD (Digipack) has severel mecha illustrations on it and its the reason I'm keeping it because as I stated I'm not into this type of music (though I like the songs "One Step Closer" and "With You". This is the third pop music video I saw which features a mecha, the others being Shaina Twain's "I'm Gonna Get Ya Good" and an Aerosmith "Fly Away From Here" which featured a cool and sexy "girl-robot" and a lots of kanji and anime influences all over the video! Looks like robots are conquering the world of pop-music in swarms! Thats all and forgive the length. MetalFormer
