I've done a couple of simple instructional tapes for my wife (she teaches yoga) which she sells to her students.....I used a TRV-510 sony digital 8 camera. I've also got a pinnacle systems firewire card and Studio 8 (software) which is very easy to use especially for adding music...I got some "Smartsound" files with it and you can order other discs from there library....This is royalty free music which will automaticaly "fit" to whatever length your segment of video is.....It re-sizes for your particular need and it seamlessly interfaces with the editing program....there are a good smattering of various styles of music that comes with Studio 8....I ordered the "Expressive Textures" disc from Smartsound as well and got a lot of nice classical/relaxing type pieces to use with my videos......We get lots of favorable comments about the music and people don't realize how easy it was to get it on the video. Get the fastest computer you can afford and the biggest/fastest drives and as much ram as you can too! Len
