I believe that's Michael Bolton whose music video was shot in a mangrove
forest that seems to be in Krabi province. It was a slow sexy song rather
then romantic IMHO. BTW, I can't remember the song title, but a search for
his discography should help.
I think the best international music video shot in Thailand was "If it ain't
love (Why does it feel so good)" by Groove Jet featuring Sophie Ellis
Baxtor.
