needing help identifying a music video I saw in Italy

Greetings, I hope someone can help me. I was in Perugia, Italy back in 1998 and was
watching a music video channel (The Box I think). There was a black and white
animated music video. Scenes included a man walking and a winged lion. The
words ska and Venice were also written on character clothing. If you happen to
know the name of the song and the name of the group, I'd be most appreciative.
