Need help finding song Title!

I am trying to find the title or singer of a particular song:
I know some of the lyrics which go "no means no".
I know it is a POP or Hip-Hop music sung by one or two black lead singers.
The scene in the video takes place on the dance floor where the guy says
something to the girl like he is iterested in her or something and the
girl keeps singing "no means no" to him.
It is a not-too-long-ago release, 2002 presumably.
If anyone has any ideas and can give me any kind hint on the title, it
would be very much appreciated.
I have done numerous lyric serches but found nothing worthwile.
