Just an extension of what I think. I don't by the way consider my appearance on Last Comic Standing my act, I was chopped, diced, and manipulated to look average or below average. Again last night the editors of the show took away another standing O. I love hip hop and have always identified with the outcast point of view that is a lot of hip hop music and culture. The truth is the only group of people that never really judge me on appearance are black and latino. They just care about funny. I am not a wannabe, I am just what I am. Some people get it and some people don't. I think I am an eventuallity just like Eminem was, the largest driving force in American culture is hip hop. I am just the first to hit of the white hip hop comics, trust me A LOT MORE ARE COMING. Now some will say that is the death nail of comedy. I don't, I think its just an evolution, change isn't bad, its just change. A lot of my opinions were too politically incorrect for NBC to show, I am really surprised that they showed the rainbow joke. That is more of an example of my comedy than the Whitney Houston/Bobby Brown joke. They didn't show my sniper piece, too controversial. I push buttons and say what I want to say and I really don't care what people think. I can't control that. And you know I can't seem to win, I have recieved 34 e mails(all spelled incorrectly) with death threats how they want to kill me cause I am a race traitor. I also oddly enough recieved an e mail from the LA Black Panthers asking if I need protection. So again, the black community doesn't mind me and in fact offered help and some people who claim to be white want to kill me. But Ian you can infer what you want to, everybody that watches me has an opinion. Love or Hate I am just a comic from Houston, that now lives in Los Angeles. I was raised in comedy by the Comedy Showcase(owned by Danny Martinez) and the Hip Hop Comedy Stop(Now defunct, it was owned by Rushion McDonald, I was the only white comic that would perform there for almost a year then Caroline Picard came too, thats why she is awesome now. She has balls, white and a woman, God Damn!) I hope that answers your question with a little more of my perspective. Ralphie May
