What is the name of that song and band? This song was in the 70's or
80's had a lot of "uh oh's" in it? I thought that was a rap song in the
early stage. What was it?

Kommissar" by Falco or After The Fire. It was a hit in the early 80's.
Falco also had a hit with "Rock Me Amadeus".

What does a resident 80's music cheeseball look like?
I look pretty normal except I still wear the official 80's
uniform....Parachute pants, skinny leather tie & pointy-toed shoes. I throw
a gold chain on for the more formal functions.
I always liked that song. That doesn't make it good by any means because I
am fond of a lot of the 80's pop music.
