Radio truly sucks. > Before 'Classic Rock' even became a format really, the only place I could hear it was on an AM station, and it was really cool - they'd play album cuts all the time, of trully classic acts like Zep and Floyd, they'd play a lot of Tull, King Crimson, and even Arthur Brown and Gong. When it went over to FM, it started out good enough, the Doors and Neil Young got played a lot, but over time they started to rely more on real crap - stuff like the Guess Who and Three Dog Night, really tame stuff, second-rate if you ask me. I haven't listened to classic rock in years, and now that the alt-music stations are playing the same old stuff or stuff that sounds like a rehash of ten year old hits, well, you're right, radio just plain sucks. jb
