if there is a way around pop-up blockers, advertisers would have found it by
now :) The whole point of a pop-up blocker is not to be circumvented - so I
don't think you'll have much luck.
Some might allow hrefs with target="_blank" to pass however - give it a try
(although you won't have any control over how the new window shows up)
