Sara, If I am thinking of the same pop-up window you are, this is what we would expect to see. The new mail/reminder window should NOT appear on top of all other windows. It used to, but this was changed due to feedback from customers. In the old days, the window would pop-up, take the focus from whatever application you were working in, and wait for a response. If you happened to be typing an e-mail, or a Word doc, or anything else, and didn't notice the pop-up, all the text you entered would have been lost. While this is quite trivial in some cases, we did hear from enough of our customers that we changed this behavior. If you would like to comment on this feature, or request it to be changed back in a future release of Outlook, please send e-mail to the 2 following e-mail addresses. email-address-deleted email-address-deleted If I am not describing your situation correctly, or am thinking of the wrong pop-up, please tell me. -- Thank you for choosing Microsoft, Ryan This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
