Pop Up Arrows

Hello
I've read many messages regarding missing pop up arrows and still can't get mine to work. Here's a quick summary of my site:
1)I've created a PNG file with pop up menus and have exported it into a separate folder in the root directory called "pop up". This folder contains the html file that is generated and the js file. Within this "pop up" folder is a separate folder named "images" that contains the arrows.gif image.
2)I'm inserting this Fireworks html into a Dreamweaver library item called "header.lbi". When I test this header.lbi file in Internet Explorer, it functions perfectly (I see the fly out menus and arrows). However, when I test every other page in the site that is updated by this library file, the fly out menus function correctly BUT I do not see the arrows (they contain a red X).
3)I went into the code and tried to link directly to the arrows.gif image, but they still won't appear. (the current code is: mm_menu_0717131936_0.childMenuIcon="../pop up/images/arrows.gif";).
Any help would be appreciated as this is very frustrating! Thanks.
