Yeah, see I think he should be on the list. He is popular, which is
all pop is short for. But I can definetly see why people might think
he might not make it. The term pop, I feel, has become synonomous
with people like Justin Timberlake or Christina Aguliera, people like
that. So Conan, in that regard, is not pop. But he is pop in the
fact that he has been on a major network for 10 years now, hosted the
Emmy's, SNL...he had made his name known.
So yes, he is pop because he is popular (who DOESN'T know who he is).
But he does things so off-the-cuff, that he is not the MTV type pop.
